Australian Industry Group’s 2026 Annual PIR (Policy-Influence-Reform) Conference will be held on 8 and 9 September 2026 at the iconic Hyatt Hotel in Canberra.

For almost four decades, the PIR Conference has been the must attend event for workplace relations leaders across Australia. In 2026 we will again bring together the brightest minds in HR and workplace relations. An impressive line-up of key players from the political sphere, industry, the union movement and regulators, will explore the latest developments, share insights and shape the future of our industry.

Given the continuing pace of change in the workplace relations sphere, the forum will also be an important opportunity to have your say on the policy positions of Australian Industry Group and to share perspectives and experiences with industry colleagues.
