On 31 October 2025, Australian Industry Group filed a submission responding to material filed 12 September 2025 by interested parties with respect to health professional employees defined at A.2 of the Health Professionals and Support Award 2020. This submissions was made pursuant to directions issued by the Fair Work Commission on 18 July 2025.
