On 27 October 2025, Australian Industry Group filed a submission responding to Statement [2025] FWC 2776, by which interested parties may file submissions about whether it is necessary for the Fair Work Commission to conduct a review of the model award delegates’ rights term either generally or in respect of specific awards, at this point of time, and if so what aspects of it.
