On 28 October 2025, Australian Industry Group filed a submission in in response to directions issued by the Fair Work Commission on 8 October concerning the Commission’s application on its own initiative to vary the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020. The submissions address the jurisdictional concerns raised by the ACTU and the ASU about Australian Industry Group’s proposed determination.
