On 28 October 2025 Australian Industry Group filed a submission to the NSW Legislative Council Public Accountability and Works Committee Inquiry into the Workers' Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2025 and the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Legislation Amendment (Reform and Modernisation) Bill 2025. The submission specifically addresses the proposed amendments to the WHS Act Bill relating to digital work systems in NSW.
