On 1 Apil 2026, Australian Industry Group filed a submission in the Fair Work Commission regarding applications made by the Transport Workers Union for minimum standards orders in relation to ‘last mile’ deliveries. The submission contends that provisions concerning Bluecard training cannot be included in a minimum standards order, because they would not comply with the Fair Work Act 2009.
