On 18 December 2025, the Transport Workers' Union filed an application seeking a road transport contractual chain order with broad coverage in relation to cartage of concrete in vehicles configured to cart 5 or more cubic metres of concrete. On 29 January 2026, Australian Industry Group, and certain organisations identified by the Transport Workers' Union as "relevant parties" and/or "key parties" in Appendix A and B of the Statement, filed a submission in response to paragraph [10] of the Statement and Direction.
