Annual leave can be cashed out if permitted by the terms of a modern award or enterprise agreement. An award/agreement free employee may also agree to cash out a period of annual leave. This template form is intended to assist employers to record the relevant details any cashing out agreement. A copy of the agreement must be kept as an employee record.
