The purpose of this topic is to ensure participants understand how to achieve Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace.

The ‘Diversity and Inclusion Awareness’ training will cover the following objectives:

• Understanding of what is diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Identify the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Identify some obstacles in individual thinking that can hold back the implementation of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Identify how you can foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
