This session is designed for Providers that have already been approved to receive worker retention payment funding and will be broken down into two parts as follows:
Part 1 (30 minutes):
- Important changes you need to implement from 1 December 2025
- Gender Undervaluation proceedings affecting the Children's Services Award 2010
- Understanding how the ECEC WRP Grant Opportunity Guidelines have changed over time – checking your arrangements are up-to-date
- A summary of what Providers should do to prepare for the 1 December changes
- Free assistance available from Australian Industry Group to help you prepare
Part 2 (30 minutes):
- Gender Undervaluation proceedings affecting the Children's Services Award 2010
- Other significant Fair Work Commission cases regarding the part-time provisions and span of hours provisions of the Award
