ECEC Briefing Session 2: Understanding the Program – It’s not too late to apply for ECEC WRP funding

This session is designed for Providers that have not yet applied for worker retention payment funding and will be broken down into two parts as follows:

Part 1 (30 minutes):

• Key eligibility requirements for Providers
• Application process
• Free assistance available from Australian Industry Group to apply for the Worker Retention Payment

Part 2 (30 minutes):

• Gender Undervaluation proceedings affecting the Children's Services Award 2010
• Other significant Fair Work Commission cases regarding the part-time provisions and span of hours provisions of the Award
