Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment Awareness for Employees

These programs are designed to ensure that those in the workplace understand their role in achieving a legally compliant and respectful workplace culture. 

Upon completion, employees will be able to:

• Define bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination
• Explain the impact of unacceptable behaviour on individuals, teams and the organisation
• Understand the organisation’s duty to provide a psychologically safe workplace and each worker’s role in contributing to it
• Recognise reasonable management action
• Identify when out-of-hours conduct may have a connection to work
• Understand reporting options and complaint processes
• Apply active bystander principles
