This Member Advice provides important information relevant to NSW about:

• Amendments to the Work Health and Safety (Digital Work Systems) Bill that were passed in February 2026.
• Amendments to the workers' compensation legislation, passed by Parliament in February 2026, and their relationship to amendments that were passed in December 2025. The effective date of the amendments is yet to be determined, but it is expected that it will be 1 July 2026.
