James asks these questions of Business Facilitator Dr Kate Brookes and finds out about her current project working with SMEs to answer these questions. Kate says the old dictum of ‘if it’s not measured, it’s not managed’ very much applies to the decarbonising journey, and she provides insights into how to start. Kate also lists the areas of business to consider first, and she shares some great success stories of businesses already on the journey.
