On 12 September 2025, the Australian Industry Group filed a submission concerning provisional views expressed by an Expert Panel of the Fair Work Commision in its decision, Gender-based undervaluation - priority awards review [2025] FWCFB 74, in relation to the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 and the Draft Determination published by the Fair Work Commission on 25 July 2025. With this submission,  the Australian Industry Group also filed a proposed draft determination.
