On 3 October 2025, the Australian Industry Group filed a submission in response to the materials filed in relation to the provisional views expressed by the Expert Panel of the Fair Work Commission in the Gender-based undervaluation – priority awards review [2025] FWCFB 74 in relation to the Children’s Services Award 2010.
