Spaghetti diagrams are a simple, fun and effective tool for helping people find ways to "work smarter and not harder". A spaghetti diagram provides a visual diagram of the actual physical movement of people and materials. This is achieved by drawing the actual movements of employees and materials on a scaled floor plan during a representative period of time.
