This Workplace Flexibility Employer Consideration Form is intended to assist employer to respond to an employee’s request for flexible working arrangements under the National Employment Standards (NES). The NES require an employer to respond to a flexible working request within 21 days. Before a request can be refused, the employer must discuss the request with the employee and consider the consequences for the employee if the request is refused.
