Australian Industry Group members are invited to take part in an exclusive Victorian Manufacturing Skills Futures Roundtable this September in Melbourne and Ballarat.

These industry-only roundtables will bring together Victorian manufacturing leaders to discuss the workforce, skills and capability opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the sector.

Your insights will contribute to a lasting evidence base for future workforce and training priorities and ensure industry's voice on skills needs is clearly represented in discussions about the future of Victorian manufacturing.

Participants will hear from Australian Industry Group’s Head of Victoria, Tim Piper, and the Victorian Skills Authority’s Chief Executive, Craig Robertson and will have the opportunity to:

• share practical insights on current and emerging workforce challenges
• contribute to future skills and training priorities for manufacturing
• hear perspectives from peers across the sector
• gain access to workforce trends and insights
• receive a summary of key findings following the roundtables
