Psychological Safety in the Workplace - Digital Classroom

The purpose of this topic is to introduce participants (HR, H&S, Management) to the benefits of developing a strategy to manage psychological safety in the workplace and what needs to be included to ensure the strategy’s successful implementation.

At the completion of this topic, participants should be able to:

• Know why it is beneficial to develop strategies to prevent psychological injuries.
• Understand the key elements of a psychological safety strategy.
• Identify the steps to be taken in the development of the strategy.
• Understand what success looks like when the strategy has been implemented.
