A House of Representatives Committee is reviewing the National Employment Standards (NES) in the Fair Work Act 2009 following a referral from the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
The inquiry is looking into the operation and adequacy of the NES.
Australian Industry Group will make a written submission.
Members are invited to contact Australian Industry Group’s Workplace Relations Policy Team with any feedback, concerns, experiences or suggested changes to the NES, or their interaction with awards and agreements (to be provided by 6 February 2026).
