On 29 August 2025, the Australian Industry Group filed a submission concerning provisional views expressed by an Expert Panel of the Fair Work Commision in its decision, Gender-based undervaluation - priority awards review [2025] FWCFB 74, in relation to the Children's Services Award 2010. With this submission, the Australian Industry Group also filed a proposed draft determination, that is based on the proposal advanced by the Australian Childcare Alliance, with variations in relation to the proposed operative date and phasing in arrangements for wage increases.
