On 17 July 2026, Australian Industry Group filed a reply submission in relation to a review that the Fair Work Commission is conducting of its own motion of classifications in modern awards that require, as a minimum, a degree qualification. The purpose of the review is to consider whether variations on work value grounds, including gender-based undervaluation grounds, should be made in respect of such classifications.
