On 27 February 2026, Australian Industry Group filed a detailed response to the materials filed in relation to matters contained in the Report to Expert Panel – Conference process re Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 dated 16 December 2025 and in accordance with the amended directions issued by the Fair Work Commission on 18 February 2026. It should be read in conjunction with our submission in chief filed on 6 February 2026.
