On 3 July 2026, Australian Industry Group filed a submission in relation to the Road Transport Contractual Chain Order – Fuel Cost Recovery – 2026. In our submission, we reiterated that the Order should be revoked and that the substantive obligations contained in the Order (which have ceased to operate) should not be re-enlivened.
