On 2 November 2026, Australian Industry Group filed a reply submission regarding the Fair Work Commission’s proposed re-enlivenment of and amendments to the Road Transport Contractual Chain Order – Fuel Cost Recovery – 2026. We expressed concerns about various proposals and submissions advanced by other parties, as well as the advice of the Road Transport Advisory Group.
