On 2 April 2026, an application was made by the Transport Workers' Union and the Australian Road Transport Industrial Organisation for a road transport contractual chain order (RTCCO), pursuant to s.536PE of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
On 14 April 2026, the Fair Work Commission issued a notice of intent to make a RTCCO and published a draft of the order. This submission responds to that letter and seeks that the RTCCO not be made.
