The Draft Design Framework for the Domestic Gas Reservation Scheme (DGRS Draft) is a strong step towards securing more affordable energy for Australians and Australian businesses, and while we have suggestions for improvement, Australian Industry Group supports it.
The system the Government proposes is much more robust and likely to be more effective than some of the approaches we warned about in our previous submission. We welcome the Government listening to industry and opting to strengthen rather than dilute this policy.
