This submission of Australian Industry Group, National Road Transport Association and
South Australian Road Transport Association is made in reply to submissions filed by other interested parties in response to the Expert Panel's Statement of 29 May 2026 (Statement), and proposed amendments to the Road Transport Contractual Chain Order – Fuel Cost Recovery – 2026 (Order or RTCCO).

We also rely on all of our submissions filed in the substantive proceedings prior to the making of the Order (which outlined many of the concerns we had with the making of the proposed order in detail), and in respect of this Review. We note that this submission should be read together with our submission filed on 9 June 2026.
