The Performance Development Plan (PDP) is a formal, shared agreement between a manager and employee that sets clear performance objectives and development priorities for the performance cycle. This form will support accountability, clarity and adaptability by capturing agreed goals, capability expectations and development actions, and can be tailored to reflect different roles, work arrangements and organisational needs.
