NAT 009/19: The South Australian labour hire licensing scheme has recommenced:
The South Australian Government has announced the recommencement of the South Australian labour hire licensing scheme under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017 (SA). Businesses required to hold a licence under the scheme will need to apply for a licence by 31 August 2019. Various exemptions from the requirement to hold a licence have been granted by the South Australian Government. Labour hire licensing schemes also operate in Victoria and Queensland.
