NAT 012/19: Victorian portable long service leave scheme – community services, contract cleaning and security industries:

A new Victorian portable long service leave scheme commenced on 1 July 2019. The new scheme applies to the community services, contract cleaning and security industries. Service with the industry, rather than with an individual employer, is recognised under the scheme. Businesses must register their eligible workers with the Portable Long Service Leave Authority by 30 September 2019 and a levy will be payable each quarter for each eligible worker.
