On 24 June 2021, a Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission handed down a decision declining to extend Schedule I – Award Flexibility During the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 (Clerks Award) beyond the current expiry date of 30 June 2021.

In addition, Schedule X – Additional Measures During the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the Clerks Award, has not been extended beyond the current expiry date of 30 June 2021.
