The Transport Workers Union has filed an application in the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales seeking to increase various rates under the Transport Industry – General Carriers Contract Determination 2017 (GCCD).
The proposed variations are separate to recent changes to the fuel surcharge contained within the GCCD.
