This Member Advice provides important information relevant to NSW about:

• Amendments to workers’ compensation laws that have been passed by both houses of parliament – they will become effective on a date to be proclaimed.
• Further amendment to workers’ compensation laws that have been passed by the Legislative Assembly but are still to be considered by the Legislative Council.
• Amendments to WHS laws that have been introduced into parliament but have not yet been debated.
• Australian Industry Group has been asked to provide icare with feedback on a range of issues; we need input from Members on these issues.
